It may assist recoveries with Axis going into liq as the liquidator is bound to pursue any claims for; insolvent trading by its directors, unfair preference payments, un-commercial transactions, and to call in any loans made by Axis to any other entities.
Given that the more money the liquidator recovers from creditors, the more likely he will get paid, then expect them to be quite pro-active on that front.
