Did Tomra even get fully paid for the machine and installation? If they didn't you can bet they would have gone to a court to get a caveat put on the machine as their property so whoever (the administrator, new board, etc) will have to fight it out with them.
The only good thing is was a bit too large to fit in Joe's suitcase or it would take a bit to remove it.
That is if it is still there and hasn't already gone.
