I agree about the hopeless position of shareholders.
So as plaintiff, the one-time Secretary of the company has now turned on his own. Unpaid salary perhaps? If that's the answer then there must be nothing in the AXIS kitty, so nothing for MED who effectively gave $15 million to AXIS. There may be no satisfaction with return of money, but I have a strong feeling that if ASIC pursues this there may be satisfaction of another sort.

Peter Lee hasn’t turned on his own, he was the one who filed the winding up application with the Supreme Court of Victoria.
Shane Justin Cremin (from Rodgers Reidy) has since been appointed as the liquidator.
Axis is now in liquidation.
