The $16,332,000 included in June cash flow was for April and May only. The note below is cut and pasted from their June Quarterly Report

(iii) The production cash outflow relates to payments for April and May costs as the June costs will be a
cash outflow in July.

- seems to indicate that no accrual for June costs was included. If so, would see a dip in Cash amount during July.
