Thanks for your comments. From what I read, you suggest that because you have not heard enough about how the plant is operating there, it is not operating well and is unlikely to for what you believe will be an extended period of time.

Given the complexity, it sounds like you may well be right. Given the company have stated they are now achieving their stated targets, that should only leave upside. If not, the company has been very misleading which from all reports would be out of character.
