Well mate, if Kim Robinson, Mark Ashley and Creasy do not know how to run a gold plant then there is no hope.

These guys are probably the most experienced Goldie's around, so i could not disagree with you more.

I reckon if the plant has had problems then with anyone else running things it would have gone under.
