luckymjohnson I think that you might not be looking close enought at the finance by march part.
Two things need to happen well before they get the money from any bank.

The first thing that needs to happen is they need to find a project partner and offer them 200mil shares at a price.
(I am sure we all have an opion as to what the price should be,I would be very disapointed if it's less than a dollar.)

The second thing that has to happen is the offer has to go to the FIRB for approval now that could take a minimum of 30 days or up to 60 days like we have seen with other deals.

Then after all that the partner will give them the cash and hopefully followed by the bank,so in order to get the finance by march they need to ann the partner by the end of this month or early jan I'am happy to hold till then.
