    AXOG should take the offer now since there MUST be NO HOPE Herbei will buy stake on AXO. Charles knows. If you don't believe, call him.

    If you don''t take the offer,you may $0.10 cash plus 1/2 share in June if the hopeless takeover comes to surface.
