    Hi

I would suggest that you email the company and ask them how it is all proceeding.

From my past communications with the company it appears to be put in the 'too hard basket' by all concerned. The company has stated to me that they were reasonably optimistic, however the complexity of their situation meant that unless they were prepared to spend heaps of money, the US authorities would sort it out in their own time....if and when they fully understood the situation.

The company did not want to spend the amounts of money needed to accelerate the process basically.

In view of the share price collapse perhaps Axon could be coerced...or pressured by shareholders to put a little or a lot more effort in getting this situation sorted out, or at least clarify it to all of the shareholders out there that basically don't have a clue about the process.

PS The company has had a habit in the past (in my experience) of not replying to emails promptly.

    Goodluck
