Well if there isn't some price action soon to take into account the FDA de-risking, this company will be taken out sooner, rather than later. I was thinking competitors will wait for AXP to spend their own $$ marketing it and establishing the market presence before they take out, but this MC seems like a no brainer to lob an offer on the table.
I just can't help to think the announcement yesterday about the new 510k has confused the market on its approval status.
