AXS Group IPO, page-36

I believe it's a common practice to provide discount 40-50% for seeds round .
Temlyz sold pre-IPO for $0.1 and $0.16 and now IPO price is $0.22

I did quick scan of prospectus - looks like seeds will have escrow for 24 month.
It's very disappointed (if I understood prospectus properly) and I regret that I took place in seeds, taking into consideration that listing was delayed for 1 year already.
Money simply frozen for 1 year and will frozen for another 2. Also listing delay cutting attraction of options, because now just about 1 year left, not 2 as it was planed originally.
