Hi Dog box,
That's your rights issue coming through. Should be one for every four shares you hold. If you do not want to buy your extra shares in the issue you can sell these rights on market for .003cents each by the sounds of it.
The person who buys the rights off you then buys the shares. I think the shares in the issue are costing 2.4 cents each. Hope that helps.
