Interesting observation. Good point regarding the synergy across both organinsations for the Tas Government deal (probably the key revenue driver for the business now).

I wonder what, exactly, PwC are reviewing in regards to 'maximising returns to shareholders from the various capital and operational improvements'. Maybe they are speaking to these guys: http://www.pwc.com.au/deals/mergers-acquisitions/index.htm
