    In addition to Dangars comments...
    - Don't forget you can apply for shortfall. This means you can BPay more funds, and if everyone doesn't take up their entitlement (probable), you will receive more shares. Why do this? Well it offsets the massive dilution going on. It also helps the company with more funds to turn this around.
