    Add to that their commitment to deliver 700,000oz in their forward sales program during 2012... very little information has been provided regarding delivery dates and amounts in that contract with the bankers.

    that's what killed the Phillips River deal by the way having got off the phone with Silver Lake just now... promises to deliver what can't realistically be achieved next year, leaving them on the hook with the metals exchange in London
