This Company has the hide of a rhinoceros.
The announcement is no different in essence from all those that preceded it. A casual observer might even believe that serious and beneficial negotiations were proceeding.
What happened to the application to wind up the Company reported in this thread? Anybody know?
If there is a legal process in train then one would at last expect some acknowledgement from the Board.
A court application to wind up an entity just doesn't sit comfortably with an official " things might be slower than we expected but we'll be back in business with all the frills and figures you need" report to the ASX.
