Pretty hard to manipulate based on current events: cobalt spot price increasing, confirmation of historical drill results highly likely, Allan Kelly appointment signals strong gold prospects, etc. A big holder trying to corner the market will only lose their holdings, as is evidenced by the constant churning happening at 1.2 and 1.3¢.
This morning's dump at 1.3¢ is evidence of someone trying to push the SP down so they can buy-back cheap. And the fact that they immediately withdrew their order when I mentioned this on HC tells me that's the case.
