Agree with many takeover bid coming here. Would even be a great bolt on for KGN. Customers, capital light business. This will attract many. The cut in div to 0 is fine short-term and flushed out many.
Remember this floated at $1.80 a share and was done by not too shabby Goldman and MQG. Since then its acquired, diversified and hence will attract a bid for its customer base. Also much of that base are the younger generation, keeping them and you have a good biz going forward.
Also buying cheap IMHO now, as tax loss sellers abound!
