    LATELY i've had orders filled without disclosures from companies, i've had a buy order to go through for TWE in the morning, it went through and the price then crashed 15% or so at which point the company then issued an annoucement... after the face. have to be very much three steps ahead or reviewing any news articles within a few mintues!
