As far as the TOs signing this month....PB has said a lot of things over the years that have missed the mark by a country mile. Why If everything were going to plan would ave had a resolution put in place for an extension on a loan at the last AGM.
Listen to past AGMs and BRR interviews with PB.
Keep your expectations low and you wont be overly disappointed when it doesn't happen.
