Catastrophic if it happens like that. With CLC, a mining licence and a Ti offtake soon it would be career suicide for PB to set equity finance at 16 cents.
Double that would be my minimum expectation once the above milestones are approved. Wouldn't think anyone is financing jack shite without BOAs for product anyway and that ann has us in 20s easily.
