What equity financiers would LIKE to buy in at, versus what they WILL buy in at might be different things though.
I certainly hope so.
Why would the financing be set now, before price appreciation on the announcements? PLS who have a project with a much lower NPV got equity finance at about a $500 million MC from memory - and most thought that was...adequate. Once the ducks line up with these anticipated announcements I would expect to see the SP far FAR north of 16 cents.
In any case those kinds or reports are not worth the power it uses to write them in 80% of cases - just a pump for their clients to sell into mostly.
Time will tell though.
