The initial priority groups were age based. My point is that the lower total incidence of TTS in the <50s is because of the low incidence of AZ vaccination in the <50s, and reading Aus data without that context is meaningless. And a reducing risk of bad Covid outcomes with reduced age. So, Pfizer for the young and AZ for the old is the sensible choice.
