AZA ann today re offer expires 9th june I think. To sweeten offer 1 free option for 20 AZA shares held. Options very short dated expiring 31 August 2006 I think. AZA must be extremely confident that reserves upgrade due July will be substantial and will put options in the money. AS NXS shareholder my main concern has always been tax implications of takeover as I can't really afford further CGT for this financial year. If takeover doesn't happen till July wouldn't be concerned. Saying final expiry date now 9th June putting me in a quandry re what to do, then again how final is "final". Any thoughts from other NXS shareholders.
