I'ld bet money they won't get 50%. Think basically they're after whatever they can get now!. Article in Financial Review today stating they are hoping for 20%. Not sure if 20% has any significance re extending offer or not. I feel AZA will still endevour to continue takeover down the track despite Current offer ending today. Maybe they will wait till July when AZA resource upgrade should boost their share price or any NXS setback re drilling ie delays, poor results etc. I'm not against a merger at all but until I'm confident it will succeed prefer to retain my NXS shares.
