    yesterday's closing price for roc of $1.18 values the offer at 98.5 cents.

    When you strip out the cash and the value of the nxs shares aza owns this offer is valuing the 40% stake in bmg at approx $200 million as opposed to approx $400 million with the mid-point of the 1.35 to 1.60 valuation.
