I agree that it looks like that IMU was aware of the data but today was an opportunity to restore confidence and to give some reassurance especially when the sp reflects the opposite.
It is part of DYOR to look at anything that comes our way. The data presented 2 weeks ago could have been a summary that hasn't been published before. It could have been new. Therefore a statement by IMU clearing it up and using that to reassure that all is FDA - greenlighted and well underway would have been great. And instead of a CFO replying the CEO or CMO or COO should have answered in a more human, not like AI generated, way. That alone provides "ammunition" to raise doubts.
Missed opportunity but at least the sp is up a bit.
