    TRY finished the day up 13.46% on strong volume for TRY of 1.36 million shares while AZH is up 4.62% to 34 cents, chasing TRY, but falling well behind.

    The TRY offer of one TRY share for 5.695 AZH shares is a substantial premium to the current AZH share price.
