AZJ has the contract with CBH of Western Austraia (graingrowers' cooperative) to haul all grain trains.
The dry conditions across in WA suggest that this year's winter crop will be poor by their standards, but it's early days.
This video also shows other AZJ trains such as one hauling caustic soda. If you're on the east coast like me, it's easy to forget just how extensive AZJ's bulk operations are on the Western Australian standard and narrow gauge rail networks:
