They've given quite specific timelines for their milestones and know the market will slaughter them if they don't keep them.
Why would you be so specific on something that you're not sure on?
To me, I am expecting you see a small cap raising as they don't require huge funds to meet their first milestones and the significant early revenue should take care of funding further development.
At the end of the day, BC doesn't want their performance shares diluted, so it's in their best interests to be efficient and dilute themselves.
