With many many grains of salt (I did law, not finance - so maybe add a dash more salt as lawyers are innumerate) - we're see the bollingers tightening like we saw pre SP spike from 25 cents and then from 35 cents. A nice low volume SP increase on a company non-statement - I'm expecting a similar price movement in the next few days. Accumulation phase IMO.
