Status quo.

From a weekly perspective, a small gain from 1.5 to 1.6. Before that we had dropped from 1.6 to 1.5. So similar play on price like last 2 weeks.

So what is happening? No direction yet. No confirmation of Li sector reversal yet. But AZL played slightly better than last week. Volume was much better, 3 days over 10m shares, one day 16m. So what is good? There was lot of sell pressure on 1.5. It has absorbed a lot of sells and still not ready to give it away. Soon sellers could dry up, and that could be the base for reversal. Not yet happened, but that could be a play, a positive play. So not bad odds to reverse from here, but we need sector help.

Personally no trades for me. Still waiting on some signal. Currently playing mostly Uranium stocks.

So what could happen next week? Li sector in slightly better position than last week, but not much. ALB has done well and now playing in 90s, currently up 30% from its lows. So there is good hope. It has held the current level, somewhat strongly. Ganfeng is playing truant though. Made another 52 week low yesterday, though making a recovery today. It needs to join the ALB play and get over 20% at least to give hope. Otherwise there will always be danger. General markets are playing well, so no danger from there. So signs and hope building,. Let's hope we get more positive signs next week.
