Not sure what argument you are trying to create here? We finished up 3 pips or around 3%. We used to be up 10% on a good day like today. Goes to show how perception has changed in the market for you to be celebrating 3% gain days. We have been lucky in a sense that the US July 4 holiday came when it did and their previous trading day last Friday finished in the green. So we got 2 days of green days on the back of it in Australia. Problem is, now if the US has a bad night tonight, we are heading back to square 1 and back into the 8c range without a doubt. Important to maintain a sense of logic in this crazy market.
