    No matter how many times I run my numbers over the project, even using the most unrealistic conservative figures there is no way in my opinion the SP doesn’t begin with a $ in front of it in the not too distant future.

    Even if you completely ignore the other 96% of land that hasn’t been looked at yet the SP should be around double what it closed today.. I’ve backed up the truck and averaged up all the way from 1.9c... what a time to be alive
