I recall an analysis done many moons ago when we were HWK where someone outlined a MC of 6-8Billion if everything went perfectly, and an alternate super conservative figure of 2-3Billion... cant find the post and don't recall the exact variables but I do have scribbled in my notebook next to HWK in thick red marker - "do not sell below $1!!!"..
Of course the whole thing can go disastrously and wind up in court for many years with the Native tribe, so do your own risk/reward appetite analysis
