I'd love to see it for my portfolio's percentage but thats about 40c. Scoping studies are nearly always good so thats in the bag and may be priced in. BLM is only a licence to drill, a drilling permit is not usually worth much or even a big deal (unless its in US and BLM has you hostage), the big moves could come with great drilling results and a signed offtake.
