Now that everyone has admitted that the Hualapai own the 160 acres (65 hectares) that includes Cofer Springs, and their hydrologists' report requires an answer, we can move on from name-calling to intelligent discussion. Maybe that could have happened 13 months ago if AZL management had acted swiftly.
