Trafalgar Group is a partisan pollster that works for the Republican Party. They put their thumb on the scale to favor Republican candidates by about three percentage points. (In 2020, they predicted Trump would win Arizona by 2.5%; Biden won by 0.3%.)
The best source for US polling is https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/polls/ If you want to look at the most recent polls in the Arizona governor's race, you'll also find ones that don't have a red diamond next to them, indicating that they were funded by the Republican Party. I don't believe the Center Street PAC poll, with Hobbs ahead by 14 points -- the Emerson College poll, showing the two candidates even, is credible. https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/polls/governor/2022/arizona/ Also be careful with Rasmussen polling, which favors Republicans by about five points until going honest in the last few weeks before the election.

In the US, a "dog whistle" is something a candidate says that sends a signal to certain single-issue voters, that others won't recognize.
