There are AZL shareholders who think this is off-topic even though the company it involves employs AZL director Mathew Blumberg. Wasn’t he at one time the Great Hope for getting AZL a NASDAQ listing? The latest AZL annual report claimed that one of its directors is also a director of a Nasdaq-listed company based in New York. Wasn’t true then, without an explanation that “director” doesn’t mean “on the board of directors,” and it’s even less true now.
