Cat is formally out of the bag now for oppies:

We confirm that you are the holder of listed options to acquire fully paid ordinary shares in Arizona Lithium Limited (“Arizona” or “the Company” exercisable at $0.12 each on or before 10 November 2022 (“Options”. The purpose of this email is to notify you of the impending expiry of your Options and to outline the exercise procedure.

There is no obligation on optionholders to exercise their Options.

Your Option holding may be exercised in whole or in part by payment of $0.12 for each Option by no later than 10 November 2022. If payment is not received by 5:00pm (WST) on 10 November 2022 (being the last business day prior to the Option expiry) the Options will lapse and all rights under the Options will cease at that time.

The courses of action available to you as a holder of these soon to expire Options are:
a) exercise the Options on or before 5.00pm (WST) on 10 November 2022; or
b) do nothing (i.e. allow your Options to expire). If you do not exercise or sell your Options they will expire on 10 November 2022 and your right to subscribe for ordinary shares in Arizona at $0.12 per share will lapse.
