The last time I researched this, it was fairly clear that BLM does not resolve disputes between two parties with conflicting claims on federal land. They tell them to settle it between themselves. BLM does not manage private land, and Southern Pacific is not a government railway. What may have happened is that Bradda Head filed claims that covered private land, and BLM just got around to telling them that they are in the wrong place.
If AZL had received a favorable ruling from BLM about ownership claims, wouldn't ASX require them to disclose it? Or is that something that can be kept to private emails between management and investors?
