As mentioned multiple times mate, BLM approval is not in Mngt's control.
They can pull their finger out, or vigorously in and out. They might enjoy it, but again, gonna make no difference.
I have faith in management, hence sticking on.
If anyone does not have faith, why bother, sell and buy something else.
