I suggest waiting for an official statement from the Hualapai government and the Navajo government about whether they even knew about this long shot. The Navajo had an election last month also, and their leadership is in transition after some recent scandals. What AZL still needs are lawyers, not tokens. And the Hualapai don’t need 300 manual-labor jobs, outdoors in hot summers and cold winters. They’re already the largest employer in Mohave County. (LAC says that’s Thacker Pass expected labor force.)
