In reference to your last post citing an article that predicted lithium prices to slightly fall in 2023, thus AZL will stay under 6c.
Lithium carbonate spot prices are not contract prices. Repeat that.
Current Lithium carbonate spot price is 537,000 CYN.
This equates to 77,000 USD. No one is signing supply contracts near $77,000.
Recently Allkem updated their contract prices to $43,000USD, generating record profit.
Imo, a 5% drop in carbonate spot price is no reason for panic. Follow contract prices and bmx auction results.
