Management have no lithium or chemical conversion experience at all, and lithium is a chemical game, not a mining game.

AZL is now on a extended timeline, its a 7 year build for new mines, putting AZL around 2030 production. It currently does not even have permits to drill, let alone one to mine. Most current models have spot prices at 25k per ton in 2030, contract pricing maybe lower. AZL if they reach production would be selling their product into a surplus market.

Does the market know this, yes. After being pumped to 26c, it now is a gradual bleed out. Check any chart. Without news to move production forward, its fairly obvious that the price will continue to drop. All ASX explorers get the same treatment though, SP go up on positive news or SP trickle down on no news.

Would i buy again, yes. The entry price would need to include all above problems and reflect that. AZL is a massive gamble. There is more factors that could go wrong than right, if you follow other Lithium companies you'll already know this. At 5c a small entry again is a value price. I would then be looking at holding til pre DFS then dump or pray for decent drilling results and maybe a takeover/buyout by bigger serious players.
