It's credible that a judge in Arizona will look at a national network of lawyers affiliated with EarthJustice, which has millions of dollars more in cash than AZL because when they win they collect attorney fees, and decide a case based on the law and not on some Australian theory of indigenous justice. Just as credible as BLM delaying a decision for two years, perhaps in the hope that AZL will just go away. Enjoy your fantasy while you can. Just don't bet the house on it.
