The federal judge in Nevada largely rejected the effort to stop LAC's development of Thacker Pass. LAC wins again. The ruling suggests mining can proceed at Thacker Pass as long as LAC figures out where the tailings can be safely put. Nothing about water, ranchers or native people - just tailings. LAC has a plan for this I'm sure - back into the hole to complete the site rehabilitation process I'm guessing. And NTEC are the experts on rehabilitation of mine sites. Took less than a month for the judge to make her decision and we can assume from this the issue is very cut and dried. Sweaty EJ lawyers or common- sense? Looking good.
