As stated, not a fan of the performance shares
1. far too generous
2. already highly remunerated
3. Mergers/acquisitions already part of the remit of the role of MD/CEO
4. Over time will dilute
5. Gives directors even more voting rights giving greater rise for more self-fulfilling greed/rewards
Therefore, have voted NO (1M Shares) accordingly as noted in the attached image.
