These consistent false statements by our resident lifeless soul are once again misleading, unsubstantiated and are a deliberate miss citation of the information displayed in a company presentation.
Clearly, he is implying the words “patented technology” mean the company has an approved “patent” claim only.
This is not the case, were the legal definition covers a valid claim of any patent or patent application that has been filed with an Effective Date, provided that such Patent Filing has not been withdrawn, lapsed, abandoned, or rejected.
If he feels this patent application claims are false, then he should test them in court before he becomes the accused.
