I agree it is horrible to be back at 4.4c. But I don’t think the sp is any indication either positive or negative of BLM approval. If it is approved, we will know just like if it is declined. This is not like drill results were someone would have witnessed the drilling and therefore knew is advance/leaky ship and buys or sells on the market accordingly. This is an approval process.
